FRST Basic Fee Structure 2024-2025:

Annual Team Registration: The FRST team registration fee is $185.00 and is assessed each year. It will be prorated for the months of April, May, and June. Both the team and USA swimming registration fees include a one year USA Swimming membership, FRST team meet swimsuit, FRST team swim cap, team T-Shirts, team towel, bag and much more. There are policy forms to sign during the registration process, and a credit card is needed to be on file for the monthly processing of dues as well as any other fees attained throughout the season. (Meet fees, Caps, etc) 

Additional team gear may be ordered through the FRST Team Store tab on the FRST website.

USA Swimming Registration Fees: New and returning swimmers are required to pay an annual registration fee to USA Swimming and the GULF LSC.  The “Flex” membership ($30) is for only the Pre-Competitive programs; all of the Competitive programs must register for the “Premium” membership ($100). The Flex limits a swimmer to 2 competitions for the season, while the Premium allows for unlimited meets and championship participation. If a Flex swimmer enters more than 2 meets, that account will be invoiced toward the Premium membership fee.

​The USA Swimming registration fee is determined by the LSC, in this case GULF swimming dictates the yearly fee.  Swimmers may not practice or compete until registration fees are paid.

Monthly Group Dues- FRST group fees are factored monthly to cover operating costs throughout the entirety of the year.  Each member account is billed automatically each month (on the 1st), and will be required to have a credit card on file through their member account porthole.  Monthly dues cover approximately 48 weeks of training for the year with breaks for certain holidays: (Spring Break, Summer Break, and Christmas Break).  Monthly dues will still be required on months there are breaks as a part of factoring in the whole year with an even monthly fee.  The pro-rated fee structure includes these breaks, and provides for the continuity in our training facilities and coaching staff. (Please note: members may discontinue their membership at any time with 30 days written notice of withdrawal but reinstatement is determined by group availability and space, you may forfeit your spot.)

  • Racer 1:              $130/month 3 days/week (MWF); 45 mins.
  • AG Dev               $135/month 4 days/week (TWThSa); 45-60 mins
  • Racer 2:              $140/month 4 days/week (MWFSa); 45-60 mins.
  • Racer 3:              $150/month 5 days/week (MTThFrSa); 60-75 mins
  • Junior I:               $160/month 6-days/week (M-F.Sa); 60-75 mins
  • High School Dev $170/month 4-days/week (M-Th); 90 mins
  • Junior II:              $180/month 6-days/week (M-F, Sa); 90-115 mins
  • Pre Senior I:        $190/month 5-days/week (M-F); 90-120 mins.
  • Pre Senior II:       $205/month 6 days/week; (M-Sa) 90-120 mins.
  • Senior Dev.:         $215/month 6 days/week; (M-Sa) 120+ mins.
  • Senior Comp:      $215/month 6 days/week; (M-Sa) 120+ mins.

Pre-Competitive Swim Program: (plus a separate registration fee $65)

  • Pre-Comp 1 & 2: $110/month 2 days/week; TTH (6-8 yo) 30 mins
  • Pre-Comp Tech: $120/month 2 days/week; TTH 45 mins
